Every year, on the eve of Cinco de Mayo we celebrate the birth of our beloved Pops.
As requested, we had a mellow family day, with no agenda. Just the three of us.
Awesome.
Annie is showing her see-food.
It's wonderful what you see, when you stop and take it all in.
This is the spot where he asked me to marry him almost twenty years ago.
This is just cool. And couldn't resist snapping a shot of this happy lady. Made me want to meet the owner of this car, making passers by smile.
On our walk back we spotted these gulls, and I think the one the seems to be hiding is actually baby sitting.
Saying hello.
Time for gelatto!
Time for loves.
And time to go home.
When I asked Pops what he wanted to do for dinner, he said that he wanted to go HOME, and grill steak...
and have cake!
